Get to know me

I worked for some of London's most well known tech start-ups and consultancies (such as Deliveroo and Accenture) for 7 years before making the leap into coaching full time. I use the invaluable knowledge and skills I learnt there to help accelerate my clients' growth in incredible and unique ways

A severe burn out 5 years ago fuelled my passion for self-development and through it, I learnt tools and techniques that changed my life. So much so that I made sharing these tools with others my life mission

I grew up between 3 countries, the UK, UAE and Lebanon, which has given me the constant travel bug. My global exposure has given me the power to connect and relate to most people and make them feel comfortable with ease

I live in London UK with family and my sweet cocker spaniel Mila. I spend my free time in nature, on walks, trying new restaurants, reading, writing, meditating and with friends

My friends and family would describe me as: Reliable, bubbly, warm, determined, goofy and curious (yes.. I asked them this!)
